Job Description:
An opportunity exists for a Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician to join this highly reputable House Builder's Technical Team.
Based out of their offices situated on a Business Park, ideally located for easy motorway access, you will be tasked with the ongoing day to day running of sites in the region ensuring site queries are managed and resolved co-ordinating between the Technical, Commercial and Construction teams.
Person Specification:
An experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician you will be either already working for a House Builder, but looking for a fresh career opportunity, or perhaps working within Private Practice and looking to work "Client side".
You will thrive in a role where you enjoy problem solving and resolution and are able to use your own initiative whilst being fully supported by a highly capable Technical, Commercial and Production team.
