We are a global leader in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery and process equipment for a variety of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, food, beverage, oil & gas and many more. With a robust order book and new product launches in the pipeline, we are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and long-term client partnerships across the UK.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute go-to-market and account growth strategies with senior leadership
* Identify, research, and qualify new leads using market intelligence tools and platforms
* Conduct strategic outreach and support early-stage customer engagement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to optimise conversion and retention
* Report on sales pipeline activity, lead quality, and market insights to inform business planning
* Support account segmentation, customer health tracking, and upsell/cross-sell strategies
