Vice President, Global Go-to-Market Marketing
Location: South of London
Salary: £150,000 – £200,000 + bonus and equity (UK market competitive - flexible package)

We are working with a leading client of ours to appoint an exec level Global Solutions Marketing leader for a dynamic fintech organisation headquartered in London.
This is a strategic, revenue-facing role accountable for leading global solutions marketing to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and commercial outcomes for a complex portfolio of enterprise solutions. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and requires a seasoned B2B SaaS marketer with strong cross-functional leadership and demonstrable revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of innovative solutions targeting CFO, Treasury, Finance Operations and Payments buyers.
* Partner with Digital Marketing, Sales Development, Product, RevOps and Sales leadership to align marketing to pipeline growth goals.
* Lead integrated campaigns, ABM, digital demand and lifecycle programmes that build awareness, engagement and qualified pipeline.
* Establish and track portfolio-level performance metrics including conversion, funnel health, pipeline contribution and ROI.
* Develop differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks and buyer narratives tailored to enterprise buyers.
* Equip Sales with strategic tools, value stories, positioning and content that enable stronger engagements and outcomes.
* Build, scale and mentor a global solutions marketing organisation.
Experience required:
* 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology marketing, with a strong track record in lead generation and revenue contribution.
* A seasoned GTM strategist with the ability to translate business goals into actionable, measurable marketing plans.
* A strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to influence executive stakeholders.
* Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, financial operations, or adjacent enterprise platforms is highly valued.
