In this critical role, you’ll act as the technical interface between them and their customers, ensuring post-sale quality standards are consistently met and exceeded. You’ll lead investigations, manage feedback loops, and drive continuous improvement across quality engineering activities. What You’ll Do: Serve as the main quality point of contact for key customers, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for customer issues (8D, 5 Whys, etc.). Monitor product performance and drive improvement in post-sale quality metrics.
