Temporary Receptionist

Contract type: Temporary, Full-time
Hours: Monday: Friday, 8.00 AM- 5.30 PM
Pay Rate: £13.00
Are you a warm, professional individual with a talent for communication? We're looking for a temporary receptionist to support our client's vibrant and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
2. Managing meeting room bookings and calendars
3. Sorting mail and handling deliveries
4. Providing general administrative support to the team
5. Manage and update databases
Requirements:
6. Previous reception or front of house experience
7. Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
9. Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
10. Available to start immediately
