Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a long-established and reputable law firm with a strong presence in the West Yorkshire property market?
We are currently seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join a friendly and professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
Conveyancer - The Role:
* Handle a diverse caseload involving freehold, leasehold, and new build property transactions
* Review property titles thoroughly and prepare detailed reports and responses to enquiries for purchase matters
* Respond to enquiries and manage communication relating to property sales
* Take responsibility for more involved transactions, such as new builds, shared ownership schemes, and variations to title deeds
* Offer guidance and assistance to junior colleagues, providing mentorship when required
Conveyancer - What are we looking for:
* Proven experience handling leasehold property transactions is essential
* Strong background in managing new build and other complex property matters is required
* At least 12 months of experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
* Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent experience as a Fee Earner
* Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
* Motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
* Committed to delivering a high standard of client care and communication
