Warehouse Administrator
Location: King's Lynn
Hours: Part Time - 26.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for part-time hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're working with a well-established manufacturing business based in King's Lynn that is looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to support their operations team.
You'll be responsible for coordinating key administrative tasks across warehouse functions-supporting exports, deliveries, stock control, and invoicing. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, continuous improvement-focused environment, where your input directly contributes to operational success.
Your role will include:
Processing documentation for the movement, picking, and packing of palletised goods
Overseeing all export shipments and preparing commercial invoices
Supporting with courier bookings and end-of-day manifests
Carrying out stocktakes and gathering warehouse performance data
Responding to queries from internal teams and ensuring documentation is updated accurately
Contributing to ongoing improvements in warehouse processes
Assisting with invoicing and customer shipment confirmationsWhat you'll need:
Previous experience in a warehouse admin, logistics or supply chain support role
Strong working knowledge of Excel and good general IT skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience using ERP or similar systems would be an advantage
Knowledge of export shipping processes and platforms like UPS, DHL or FedEx would be beneficialWhy apply?
