Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the PMO Director with administrative and coordination tasks
* Assist with the rollout and ongoing use of OnePlan
* Maintain and update project and portfolio data within PMO tools
* Run basic reports to support portfolio visibility and decision‑making
* Support meetings, documentation, and executive‑level communications
* Serve as a reliable point of coordination across project stakeholders
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
* Prior exposure to a PMO or project coordination environment
* Comfort interacting professionally with C‑level leaders
* Experience supporting project tools or PMO platforms (OnePlan or similar)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in growing into a project management career path
