Sales Progressor/Coordinator Mon-Fri Barnstaple Fixed Term Contract About our Client: We are working exclusively for our Award winning client, who has a busy estate agency and is seeking someone to join their proactive team. Customer service focused, this company has plans to expand, so this is an amazing opportunity to get on board and grow your future career. What will the responsibilities be of the sales progressor? Manage a portfolio of agreed property sales from offer acceptance to legal completion. Liaise regularly with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisers to provide updates and resolve issues. Monitor the progression of each sale, identifying potential delays and taking proactive steps to avoid fall-throughs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems. Provide excellent customer service and regular communication to all parties involved. Ensure all legal documentation is completed correctly and promptly. Work closely with negotiators and branch managers to ensure targets and timelines are met. Keep up to date with property law and compliance requirements. What skills, experience and qualifications will the sales progressor need? Highly Organised Good communication skills Good MS office skills Strong organisational abilities Ability to multi task and manage a fast paced workload What you will get in return: Up to £26,000 DOE Plus element of Business Shares based on Office team productivity.
