Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
* Advises clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client’s success.
* Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
* Assist customers with travel‑related issues.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred).
* Positive attitude and love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
* Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus but not required.
