Part‑time Role – Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 1.00pm
Position: Front of House Assistant

Responsibilities
* Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, clients and suppliers
* Answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate department
* Notifying employees when visitors have arrived
* Managing the facilities inbox, responding and forwarding emails where appropriate
* Overseeing the car park booking system
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with staff and visitors, approachable and friendly
* Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Confidence managing the parking booking system
This is a part‑time, permanent role working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 1.00pm
