You will deliver Fire Sprinkler projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
Operational
* Leading project initiation/handover meetings with all stakeholders including Sales, Design, QS.
* Producing and maintaining project programme.
* Communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintaining central project file records.
* Attending internal project Cost To Complete (CTC) meetings.
* Completing and submitting all end-of-project documentation, e.g., O&M, As-Fitted Drawings, Certification.
* Ensuring installers are briefed, competent, and qualified to meet project requirements.
* Raising PORs using authorized Tier 1 suppliers.
* Supporting and managing on-site resources, resolving issues, and maintaining the programme.
* Participating in internal and third-party audits.
* Identifying, recording, and resolving supplier-generated non-conformities.
* Consulting with subject matter experts as needed.
* Managing material and labour costs.
* Identifying and invoicing contract variations.
* Raising final accounts.
* Conducting on-site inspections as per scheduled frequency (EHS001).
* Completing all H&S documentation, including RAMs and attendance sheets.
What we will need from you (all essential)
* Working knowledge of BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 Schemes.
* Understanding of engineering drawings.
* LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent.
* Familiarity with Prince 2 project management principles.
* Experience managing complex, large-budget projects in construction.
* Proven management of on-site labour and resources.
* Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
* Knowledge of CDM management principles.
* Extensive experience producing project documentation (RAMs, Quality Plans, Project Plans, Cost Sheets, Trackers).
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
* Commercial awareness to maximize project cost savings.
