About us

Salford Family Nurseries are home to five fantastic settings: Barton Moss, Belvedere, Little Hulton, Higher Broughton, and Winton. Each nursery is a warm, welcoming hub where children thrive and staff feel valued.

At Barton Moss, we even have our very own Forest School – an adventurous outdoor classroom where children build confidence, skills, and a love for nature.

Qualifications

We do ask that you have a relevant Early Years Qualification at a minimum of Level 2 where you will be supported to gain your L3 qualification.

Training and Induction

You will receive a full and comprehensive induction across all our sites along with access to the Starting Life Well training programme through which you will be supported to achieve a Paediatric First Aid Qualification within three months of starting with us.

Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you have lived or worked abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years or 12 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the last 10 years whilst aged 18 or over, please refer to the link below for details on how to obtain your Certificates of Good Character: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/criminal-records-checks-for-overseas-applicants
