Were looking for somebody with a great eye for detail, fast fingers and able to work on their own initiative. This is essentially an order processing role with no customer contact. All you need is great I.T skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Youll work alongside a small friendly and established team. In this role you will be inputting data onto our client's labelling system - following specific instructions from their CRM system, this in turn will create courier labels, which their warehouse team will receive and will place onto their outgoing stock for deliveries. What your day to day will look like as a Data Entry Administrator: Produce courier labels as per the instructions for a specified courier under the direction of the lead advisor and maintain appropriate individual productivity targets. Provide efficient, organised, accurate and professional couriering labelling service, ensuring all confidential requirements are met. Provide a seamless labelling service on a daily basis. Ensure that communication is clear and concise and that communication links are maintained within and between departments. General query management ensure that any queries are processed using the correct procedure and escalated correctly with a full audit trail. A word of warning, this is a great role, but very repetitive. Youll be office based.
