Part Time Sales Administrator (MAT Cover) £12.38 - £13.17 per hour Location: Digbeth | Birmingham – Office-based Job Type: Part-Time, Maternity Contract (12 months) Hours: Monday to Wednesday | 8am – 4.30pm | 24 hours per week We’re working on behalf of a well-established and growing business to recruit an experienced Part Time Sales Administrator to cover a 12 month Maternity Contract. You’ll be a key support to the sales function, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and customers across both UK and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests Manage and update customer records and CRM systems Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls relating to orders and general enquiries Liaise with customers to provide product information and resolve any queries Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers Support overseas and domestic sales operations Prepare and manage domestic and international post Provide administrative cover during team absences and contribute to the wider office support where required Report directly to the Sales Administration Manager Full product and system training provided What We’re Looking For: Proven background in sales administration or a similar administrative role (ideally minimum 2 years) Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner Proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software Quick to learn new product ranges and systems Strong reliability in terms of attendance and punctuality A team player with a flexible and positive approach GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths Ref: EN919 Hollyfield Personnel does not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
