Description
* Manage and grow relationships with department stores and independents to drive sales performance.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
* Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to wholesale clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product offerings and promotional strategies.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale partners to secure favourable terms.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand the client network.
* Dotted line management of an account executive.
Profile
A successful Wholesale Manager should have:
* Proven experience managing luxury department stores i.e. Harrods, Selfridges and a network of buyers.
* Experience working in premium fashion, preferably menswear.
* A strong understanding of wholesale operations and client relationship management.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance monitoring tools.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
* Ability to travel nationally for work.
Job Offer
