THE ROLE
Join the Senior Management Team to help make business-critical decisions that advance the agency, and;
1. Develop and pitch proactive and innovative ideas that inspire and delight our clients (inc AR/VR, print motion and Events).
2. Help distill complicated B2B propositions into simple and memorable responses.
3. Ensure our creative output delivers a positive ROI and drives growth/ positive results for our clients.
4. Coach, lead and mentor the Creative Team.

ABOUT YOU
A hands on Creative Director from a B2B/B2C Agency background, with the ability to mentor and lead their Team creatively, as well as add Strategic vision to the Agency.
7. Comfortable pushing creative boundaries across all comms: digital (inc AR & VR), print, motion & events
8. Experience of developing and pitching proactive and innovative ideas that inspire and delight clients.
9. A passion for harnessing new/ emerging tech that solves commercial problems
