£27,000 - £28,000/annum Bonus Scheme
Inbound Sales Administrator
£26,000 - £28,000 base salary with a bonus scheme of up to £1200 per annum.
Initially based on Hawley Road for 6-8 weeks; ability to commute to Aldershot required.
Join a successful, growing company with 14 brands under the group. Experience in sales is desirable but not essential; personality and motivation are key. Your sales will mainly be from inbound leads, and you'll gain experience across multiple companies. Strong administrative and organizational skills are needed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or website.
* Respond to inbound inquiries and handle order taking.
* Address delivery issues, product queries, and returns.
* Report equipment faults.
* Assist with new product launches, special offers, and customer feedback to drive sales and enhance group profile.
* Encourage additional sales through training during order processing.
* Potential to grow into a pivotal role within an expanding sales team, with promotional prospects.
Skills Required
* Good interpersonal skills and team ethic.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with house software or similar systems is desirable.
* Previous telephone sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
