Job Title: Packaging Operations Director
Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the overall operational direction, management, and organisation of the packaging group.
* Drive efficiencies and improve productivity in line with the company's strategic plans.
* Manage and inspire a large, diverse team across a wide number of departments, ensuring optimal operational performance.
* Plan and execute a variety of operational activities to safeguard and enhance operational efficiency.
* Identify and implement the most efficient ways to run the business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Operations Director or equivalent senior management position.
* Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of packaging industry machine manufacturers and their capabilities.
* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
* Target-driven and capable of managing complex operational activities.
