Essential Criteria:

* Experience in customer service, sales roles, or call centers.
* Ability to handle a high volume of customer queries via phone and email.
* Confidence to handle situations as they arise and think on your feet to find the best solutions.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* A keen interest in the technology behind our product and the ability to learn its technical aspects.
* IT skills, including knowledge of SAP.
* Qualification in Business, Customer Services, or IT.
Key Skills:
* A proactive approach to work, embracing company values.

* Proficiency in Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

* Willingness to travel for training.
Training:
* Ongoing training to build confidence in handling customer queries.
* Ad-hoc visits to teams in Newry, Liverpool, and Belgium for training.
