Location: Bournemouth BH1 3NE + Hybrid Working
Remuneration Package: Basic salary of up to £40,000 OTE of £80,000 (uncapped commission), 23 Days holiday plus your birthday off, and much more

About the Job of the Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you’ll build and nurture relationships within a portfolio of accounts in this sector. Your goal is to drive sales growth by converting leads into live opportunities and selling ongoing partnerships through services such as resource augmentation, outcome-based projects, or traditional time and materials basis.
* Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers within your designated account portfolio.
* Book and lead professional client meetings, either face-to-face or virtual (travelling to client offices as needed).
* Client entertainment.
* Ensure that our customers receive a first-class level of service.
* Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to build a pipeline of qualified prospects, both online and offline.
* Track and follow up leads with prospects and convert them into live opportunities.
* Engage in proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, online outreach, and referral-based strategies.
* Map strategic targets and drive account penetration.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the target market and competitive landscape to ensure effective lead generation strategies.
* Generate leads for other parts of the business through relationships, market intelligence, and online research.
