* Has held a senior finance, audit, or commercial leadership role in a complex, regulated environment.
* Understands how to interpret performance data and challenge constructively.
* Can chair a high-level committee with confidence and clarity.
* Believes in public service, even if they haven’t worked in it before.
You might be a CFO, Finance Director, Audit Partner, or Transformation Consultant. Whether you're still working or recently stepped back from executive life, if you have time, energy and a desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Non-Executive Director, you’ll:
* Chair our Finance and Performance Committee—overseeing strategic finance, transformation, and operational outcomes.
* Support and challenge the Executive Directors as part of a unitary Board.
* Represent the voice of service users and communities in financial and strategic decisions.
* Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing, and accountable culture.
