On our Technology Analyst Graduate Programme, you'll be at the heart of bringing innovative tech solutions to life for our clients. Whether you're supporting the build of a new cloud platform, helping test a new app, or mapping out the delivery plan for a digital transformation, you'll be part of a team making real change happen. This programme is ideal for graduates who enjoy applying their analytical skills and are pursuing a career in technology.
Note: You don’t need to code or complete technical assessments to apply; a passion for technology and a willingness to learn are what we’re looking for. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Need
To apply, you don’t need to be able to code, and you won’t need technical skills initially. You should have a genuine passion for technology and a systematic, analytical mindset. Graduates from STEM degrees or degrees with STEM/analytical modules are preferred.

In addition, Accenture values collaboration and expects analysts to be in their assigned office for a minimum of three days per week, with possible travel to client sites across the UK based on business needs.
Role Path and Career Progression
After initial training, you will start your first role with project opportunities that may vary by business demand. Typical roles may include Quality Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, DevOps, or Technical Project Manager. In your first 12 months, you may work on various projects to explore strengths and interests, followed by alignment to a specialised business area.

Key Dates
Application deadlines are not posted; applications close once enough have been received. Interviews typically begin in November and may run through spring. Start dates are available from September 2026 to August 2027 and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
