The Premier League’s IT Team is looking for two IT Technicians with first and second line support experience. The role involves working within the Service Desk team to provide IT support to both The Premier League and PGMOL, ensuring all support expectations are exceeded and staff remain as IT efficient as possible. The ideal candidates will have excellent IT skills and a strong background in a service role.

Our hybrid working model allows some flexibility, offering the chance to work from home one day each week. Staff are encouraged to attend the office or site visits as per company policy, with line managers overseeing time management based on work and team needs.
The role
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
* Providing local IT support to staff at the Premier League London Office, as well as remote support for other offices
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents within SLA targets
* Supporting and maintaining laptops and mobile devices
* Office 365 administration
* User account and domain management
* Maintaining software and hardware inventories
* Assisting in IT projects
* Managing printers, photocopiers, and onsite Audio-Visual equipment
* Producing and improving the IT Knowledge Base
* Maintaining assets in the CMDB system
Requirements for the role
Individual Should Have:
* Proven experience in a similar IT role
* Support experience for Windows 10 and Mac desktops
* Proficiency with Office 365 and Office Suite
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
* Intune administration skills
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Good communication skills and understanding of IT concerns
* Knowledge of IT Service Management tools
* Strong relationship-building skills and logical problem-solving approach
