Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 per annum (Actual, dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Our client, a warm and inclusive specialist school in Harrow, is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join their committed team from January 2026.

The Role
As an SEND Teacher, you’ll plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual abilities and needs of your pupils. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and other SEND professionals, ensuring that every child has the support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver creative and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Develop and implement individual learning plans and EHCP targets.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate actively in whole-school initiatives and professional development.
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children with SEND (particularly ASD or MLD).
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
