Role Brief: We are seeking an exceptional Salesforce Developer to drive the integration of third-party AI tools into our Salesforce ecosystem. You will have the autonomy to shape the solutions and deliver robust integrations that will have a major impact on our business.

You are a pragmatic, self-managing developer who thrives on ownership and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. You are comfortable working autonomously in a remote/hybrid setup and are driven by the challenge of solving complex problems and delivering tangible results.

Technical Excellence: Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. You will be responsible for the technical integrity and long-term success of the integrations. * Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools.
* Integration Architecture: Build and maintain resilient integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
* Platform Configuration: Implement and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools where appropriate, including Flows, validation rules, and custom object/field creation.
* Technical Design & Documentation: Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that align with platform best practices. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all development work.
* Testing and Quality Assurance: Write and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, robustness, and efficiency, maintaining high code coverage.
* Deployment & Lifecycle Management: Manage the development lifecycle from development sandbox to production, utilizing tools like Salesforce DX (SFDX) and managing deployment processes.
* Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and incidents in the Salesforce environment in a timely manner.
* Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team of administrators, project managers, and business stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum framework. Requirements:
* Senior-Level Salesforce Proficiency: A proven track record of delivering complex, custom-developed solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Programmatic Development: High proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building scalable applications.
* Integration Expertise: Strong experience building and consuming APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
* Declarative Development: Solid understanding of declarative tools, especially Salesforce Flow, for building efficient processes.
* Development Lifecycle: Demonstrable experience with the full development lifecycle, including the use of Salesforce DX (SFDX) for source control and deployment.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Desirable:
* AI Integration: Experience integrating third-party AI or machine learning services with Salesforce.
* Data Governance: Knowledge of data security and governance best practices within the Salesforce platform.
* Full time permanent contract
