Bodyshop Manager required in Cheltenham.
1. Starting salary up to £60,000 per annum pending experience with a £80,400 potential on-target earnings.

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Bodyshop Manager to manage our client's large automotive accident repair centre in Cheltenham.
Reporting to the Company Directors, your key responsibilities will include:
4. Manage a small team of 10+ members of staff.
5. Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
6. Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the centre through effective capacity planning.
7. Regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
8. Manage customer complaints and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
9. Motivating and discussing each team member's impact on the overall site performance.
To be eligible, you will need to have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager with extensive technical knowledge and experience in the accident repair industry (particularly with relevant/up-to-date knowledge of vehicle designs and consumer and vehicle legislation). You will have the ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources, and have knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices. (E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H), and have a UK driving licence with minimal points.
