About the Role
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Front of House team, to deliver great customer service in a varied patient support and administration role.
We are looking for a highly personable, motivated and organised individual who also has the ability to build lasting relationships with our client base. We have a fantastic team culture with opportunity for development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
To provide an excellent level of service to our patients and exceed their expectations throughout their patient journey with us.
You will need to be able to multi task as there is a requirement to use a number of systems and platforms as well as being able to take incoming calls and manage patients coming in to the practice.
It is a busy fast paced role that requires previous administration experience as well as a passion for customer service.
About You
* You will have a passion for customer service and desire to achieve excellence.
* Will have had previous experience working with customers both face to face and by phone.
* Ideally have experience working within the dental industry.
* Be willing and open to learning new methods/skills and have flexible approach to work.
