Job Title: Care Home Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the lives of older adults? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Care Home Manager to lead Thomas Henshaw Court, our 44-bed care home in Southport!
What does it mean to be an Anchor Care Home Manager?
* Champion Quality Care: Promote individualized, person-centred care whilst proactively identifying and addressing risks or areas for improvement.
* Drive Excellence: Delivery of a service which is economically viable, manages resources effectively to meet resident expectations.
* Lead with Confidence: Oversee audit and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes.
* Inspire Success: Accountable for the success of the home - through effective marketing, budget management, community engagement, driving occupancy / recruitment levels and overall resident experience.
Who are we looking for?
* Experienced: An experienced and passionate Registered Manager with a proven track record in managing medium-sized care homes.
* Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of CQC standards & compliance and their practical impact on care management.
* Visionary: A proactive mindset with the drive to enhance service quality and elevate resident experience.
* People-Oriented Leader: Excellent leadership skills – promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Caring: A complete understanding of the needs of older people and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
