Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision.
* Maintain accurate records of tasks completed during shifts.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills
* Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors.
* Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
