As a Team Leader in your restaurant, you will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and play a key role in delivering our core operations. Your responsibilities include coaching and guiding your team to ensure a dependable and consistent customer experience. Specifically, you will:
1. Delight guests by maintaining high standards on the shop floor, overseeing team performance, and supporting management as needed.
2. Manage daily operations by setting up and closing shifts, performing administrative duties to ensure safety and quality.
3. Develop your skills by training your team and managing projects to achieve your personal stretch goals with your coach.
