Airport Asset Manager
Location: London City Airport
Salary: £70,000pa – £75,000pa
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Airport Asset Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of critical infrastructure at London City Airport.
You will ensure the safety, compliance, reliability, and performance of key airport assets, supporting continuous operations and long-term infrastructure planning, including net zero objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage lifecycle strategy for airport assets (M&E, HVAC, airfield systems, terminal infrastructure, life-safety systems)
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across airside and landside environments
* Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
* Lead asset data management using CAFM/CMMS systems
* Develop capital plans, budgets, and lifecycle cost models
* Drive performance improvement, digitalisation, and efficiency initiatives
* Engage with stakeholders, contractors, regulators, and internal teams
Requirements:
* Strong background in M&E / building services / asset management
* Experience in airport or aviation environments (essential)
* Knowledge of ISO 55000 and aviation safety regulations (SMS, CAP, EU 139/2014)
* Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems
* Strong leadership, stakeholder, and financial management skills
* Degree in Engineering / FM / Asset Management or similar
