T he People& Organisational Development Manager Role: Someone just like Ailsa Lawrance What we are looking for in our People& Organisational Development Manager Decision making autonomy in the day to day delivery of People & Organisational Development service and strategy, with referral to the Acting Director of Central Services only in circumstances that require higher approval. Decision making autonomy in the application of the People Policies ensuring compliance with our values and that we are fair and equitable at all times. Responsibility for final approval of applications from staff members requesting access to training courses and conferences, extending beyond simple budgetary approval and including assessment of the intended learning outcomes and business need.
