Bureau Manager – Asda Travel Money — Location: Barnsley | Hours: 37.5 per week | Salary: £28,860 per annum | Contract: Permanent, Full Time

As a Bureau Manager, you’ll lead a team in one of our busy bureaux, supporting customers with travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
Responsibilities
* Lead, support and champion the team to deliver daily excellence
* Work toward KPIs and deliver on targets
* Review data to drive performance, continuous improvement and celebrate success together
* Ensure the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits and operates to the business SOPs
* Work in a fast‑paced environment delivering excellent customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy
* Apply training and offer expert advice on products and services
* Follow company processes and pay attention to detail to keep everything on track
Qualifications
