Job Overview:
As a Junior Flow Survey Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive quality data sets and interim reporting that can be used to inform essential operational decisions. Your insights will be crucial to enhancing understanding of network performance and potential limitations.
As part of the Flow Survey team you will be proactive in monitoring and reporting on fleet health, and responding to client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse incoming flow and level data using an appropriate data platform to derive actionable insights and conclusions.
* Post-installation validation.
* Identify trends and anomalies, at both full fleet and individual site level.
* Interim reporting to the Client.
* Internal reporting on fleet health and site visit statistics.
* Update databases with new installations of monitoring equipment and record follow-up site activity. Ensure records are kept up to date with all site visits and actions taken.
* Facilitate metadata transfer to an appropriate data platform to ensure the client has access to their flow/level data.
* Act as a contact point for the client and respond to any queries raised.
* Act as a contact point for Field Service Technicians with on-site data queries.
Qualifications and required attributes:
* A BSc in a related field, i.e. Environmental Sciences, mathematics, etc., is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to manage and prioritise your workload appropriately.
* Experience in a similar field is a benefit but training will be provided where required.
