Practice Plus Group is now hiring an Outpatients Nurse to join our Emerson's Green Hospital, Bristol. As an Outpatient Nurse at PPG, Emersons Green, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of patient care supported by evidence based practice. The post holder will function as a clinical practitioner within the Outpatient and Pre-assessment Service and will be responsible for the delivery of patient care, managing and organising a work load on a daily basis. As an Outpatient Nurse you will also be responsible for answering, managing telephone calls and dealing with issues arising from the calls, either by giving advice or seeking help from Clinicians or the RMO. This vacancy covers 5 shifts from Monday to Saturday with a mixture of early starts: 07:00 -15:00 and late starts: 13:00 to 21:00. We unfortunately can not offer any fixed shifts.
