Your Role
1. Design and execute testing strategies to assess system scalability, reliability, and response times.
2. Develop load testing scenarios using tools like LoadRunner, Performance Center, and AppDynamics.
3. Analyse performance bottlenecks and identify capacity limits.
4. Create automated performance test suites for continuous validation.
5. Monitor system behaviour under stress using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, Kibana, and Splunk.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and improve testing processes.
7. Conduct root cause analysis and support defect resolution with developers.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to internal techmunities.
Your Profile
9. Proven experience in performance testing with strong scripting skills.
10. Proficiency in tools like AppDynamics, LoadRunner, and Splunk.
11. Skilled in API testing and load generation frameworks.
12. Ability to write SQL queries and understand database schemas.
13. Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and control.
14. Capable of leading collaborative assignments and mentoring peers.
15. Excellentmunication skills to influence stakeholders and conveyplex information.
