As a Senior Care Practitioner, you’ll be a driving force on our care team—supporting residents, guiding colleagues, and ensuring exceptional, personcentred care every day.
As a Senior Care Practitioner working days, your responsibilities may include:
* Lead and support the care team to deliver consistently highquality, personcentred care.
* Oversee safe and accurate medication administration, stock control, and documentation.
* Provide guidance, mentoring, and handson support to colleagues throughout the shift.
* Maintain excellent standards in care records, safeguarding, and the overall home environment.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Act as a calm, confident senior presence, using sound judgement to manage busy periods or challenges.
What we are looking for:
* Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a residential or nursing home setting.
* Proven ability to manage, administer, and record medications safely and confidently.
* A compassionate, residentfocused approach and the ability to set a positive example for others.
* Confident communicator with good digital and administrative skills.
* Someone who remains calm, supportive, and solutionsfocused under pressure.
