Job Purpose:
To act in a sales support role operating primarily within the sphere of client order handling
Nature and Scope: To provide an efficient and professional sales administration function ensuring customers are communicated accurately too, whilst working actively as part of the central team to increase and enhance the level of service.

This is a varied role where you are responsible for managing the needs for several clients / customers. You are hardworking, diligent and an excellent communicator who is looking to join an organisation who offers training, and development for career progression.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive
As an experienced Sales Administrator/ Customer Service Exec you will be no stranger to working well under pressure doing a variety of tasks.
The following will be second nature:
* Being a 'go getter' - Someone who gives 110% to every task given to them
* Self-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative
* Positive, proactive and who is passionate about customer service
* Previous experience in a similar role
* ORGANISED and Time Management are must haves
It goes without saying you will be an excellent communicator and have a knack for building relationships both over the phone and via email.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Administrator, Administrator, Sales Support Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Executive
Key Competencies:
* Previous experience working in the gift industry but not essential
* Highly organised and attention to detail
* Desire and ability to pick up with on the job training and support
* Work autonomously as well as in a team
* Efficient time management
* Ability to use Initiative
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Computer literate - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
