Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and performing pre-screening eye examinations. You'll also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer inquiries via phone, and processing payments.
Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers 'See More and Be More' by delivering tailored, effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
