The Executive Search Consultant role is a sales and business development role in the global corporate world where you will be headhunting CEOs, VPs and senior management candidates, and developing your own client base from scratch—like your own business within our business.

Compensation & Earnings
* Competitive base salary with bi‑yearly appraisals
* Uncapped commission structure (average 1st‑year OTE £50 k+ and £200 k+ top performers)
* Sliding scale commission up to 60 % of revenue you generate

Requirements
