Psychology Graduates - Learning Support Assistant

Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: £93-100 per day
Milk Education are looking for strong and ambitious specialist psychology graduates to work as learning support assistants in SEN schools across Greater Manchester. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic graduates or current students with an interest in a career in supporting children in education.
The role is more specifically working groups of children with varying learning ability and who may have special educational needs, who need additional support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in education psychology or supporting children in their career.
Responsibilities:
* Working with and providing Support to children with Special Educational Needs
* Experience of working with children or adults in the last 2 years (Volunteer welcome)
* The ability to build rapports with the children, supporting their social and behavioural needs and acting as a mentor
What you need to apply:
* Currently studying or hold a Psychology Degree
* DBS(Clean and Relevant) – Or being happy to apply for one
* The ability to form new relationships
* A passion for working with young people
* Great communication skills
