We’re on the lookout for a driven and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to play a key role in a high-profile project, shape value-driven outcomes, and elevate your career in an environment that champions innovation and excellence.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing project costs, income, and procurement activities. You’ll support senior commercial leaders and may also mentor junior team members.

What you'll be doing

Your Responsibilities Will Include


* Managing costs and maximising value while maintaining high quality standards.
* Supporting procurement, estimating, and contract administration.
* Preparing and reconciling costs, measurements, and valuations.
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client.
* Contributing to commercial planning, reporting and forecasting.
* Ensuring compliance with governance processes, contracts, and internal systems.
* Supporting continuous improvement and innovation across the project.

Who we're looking for

Essential

* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
* CSCS card (Academically or Professionally Qualified Person).
* Working towards, or already holding, membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.

Desirable

* Experience with NEC contracts.
* Experience working on building/construction projects.
* Familiarity with commercial and project management software.
* BPSS or SC Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
