We are expanding with two major client wins in the insurance and broadband/TV business package sectors. To support this growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the B2B appointment setting teams and drive performance.
The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate our B2B sales and appointment booking teams, ensuring targets are consistently exceeded. You will implement sales strategies, create performance frameworks, and instil a culture of excellence while ensuring our clients receive a first-class service. This is a hands-on leadership role where your commercial acumen, coaching ability, and drive will directly influence business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage multiple B2B sales and appointment setting teams across insurance and broadband/TV business packages.
* Lead the relationship with the clients.
* Develop and deliver sales strategies and incentive programmes to maximise conversions and performance.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate sales managers and advisors to exceed KPIs and appointment targets.
* Analyse team performance data and report insights to senior leadership, using findings to implement continuous improvements.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring sales strategies align with client goals and expectations.
* Act as the escalation point for performance or client-related challenges, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
* Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with all client requirements and relevant regulations.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven track record in B2B sales and appointment setting, ideally in insurance and telecoms/broadband sectors.
* Demonstrable experience in leading large sales teams and consistently exceeding KPIs.
* Strong ability to coach and develop people at all levels, from advisors through to team leaders.
* Commercially focused with experience analysing data, producing reports, and making strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels (from frontline teams to senior stakeholders).
* Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring alignment between Contact Web and our partners.
