* NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent experience
* Literate / Numerate

* Ability to work in a team
* Experience of working within a care setting
Information Technology
* Basic IT keyboard skills, typically obtained through practice or training
Additional Requirements
* A level of fitness and ability to participate in and complete PMVA, Breakaway training, and Manual Handling (both practical and theoretical)
* Ability to meet contractual requirements and participate in 24-hour care
* Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively carry out the role
