Breedon GB has identified that marketing is a key area of improvement that requires focus and resource. To provide this focus, we require a Marketing Executive to support the development, delivery and measurement of marketing activities for the business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Innovation and the Marketing Manager for Breedon GB, the Marketing Executive will play an important role in shaping and delivering the marketing plan to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* A key part of delivering the Marketing Plan for Breedon GB
* A driver for increased customer engagement and developing customer understanding of the Breedon product, service and solution offering.
* Partner to the regional teams and commercial teams to provide required marketing support
* Marketing lead for Welsh Slate, Breedon Special Aggregates and Breedon Minimix
* A driver for marketing excellence
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Support Head of Marketing & Innovation and Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of the Breedon GB marketing plan
* Effectively communicate the Breedon product, service and solution offering to our target audiences
* Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to develop high quality content and marketing campaigns that engage and resonate with our target audiences
* Support the development and maintenance of a marketing customer contact database
* Organise events such as trade shows and exhibitions
* Define necessary marketing collateral to support regions, commercial teams and GB business units
* Understand customer insight and trends, market analysis and marketing best practice and incorporate into rationale for marketing plans
* Measure and evaluate performance of marketing activities
* Management of Purchase Order process to support marketing spend within agreed budget parameters
* Develop case studies and testimonials
* Support new product and/or service launches
* Support with updating and maintaining content across our websites
