You'll: Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance from the start Recruit, develop, and lead a brand-new team of care professionals Build strong relationships with customers, families, and local stakeholders Drive growth in care hours and build a strong local reputation Take full responsibility for commercial performance, quality, and operational excellence What You’ll Need Experience in a management role within the care sector Strong knowledge of CQC requirements Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care Why Join Helping Hands?
