Our client, a well respected franchised dealership, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their team in their busy branch based in Carlisle.
What will the successful Car Sales Executive do?
11. Understand and adapt to the customers’ buying strategy.
12. Encourage customers to experience the product first hand.
13. Upsell product features.
14. Process enquiries.
15. Display excellent customer service skills.
16. Plan and organise their own daily sales activity.
17. Work effectively alongside colleagues and other departments.
18. Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the group in achieving its aims and objectives.
The successful Car Sales Executive will have:
19. A proven track record in the motor trade desirable.
20. Excellent communication skills.
21. A full UK driving license.
22. The ability to build strong relationships with a range of demographics.
23. An engaging, driven, and passionate approach to work.
The successful Car Sales Executive will get:
24. OTE of c. £50,000 (Sell 150 cars, earn between £50,000 & £55,000) - Uncapped potential.
