Overview
We’re hiring a Senior AI / ML Engineer to join a fast-growing SaaS business working on large-scale, real-world AI problems. The team processes billions of data points daily to detect and prevent low‑quality and fraudulent activity.
This is a senior, hands-on role with strong ownership, focused on building new AI‑driven product capabilities from early experimentation through to production.
Responsibilities
* Design, prototype, and launch new AI/ML capabilities with clear customer impact.
* Translate product and customer needs into experiments, POCs, and production solutions.
* Build and operate scalable, production-grade ML systems.
* Work closely with Product and Engineering to take concepts through to launch.
* Apply ML and LLM techniques pragmatically, balancing speed, quality, and impact.
Requirements
* 4+ years experience building and running production ML systems end to end.
* Strong Python and SQL skills; experience working with large datasets in the cloud.
* Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems (e.g. RAG, agentic workflows, NLP).
* Strong product and systems thinking with a practical, impact-led mindset.
Nice to Have
* AWS experience (e.g. SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Redshift).
* Familiarity with MLOps practices.
* Background in adtech, media, fraud, or adversarial systems.
