POST– Recruitment are hiring for a leading UK brand to find a Regional Account Manager to manage and grow existing accounts across a successful and high-performing territory in the North East and Scottish Borders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional to join a supportive and ambitious business with a clear development pathway.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing B2B customer accounts across your regional territory
*
Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies
*
Conduct regular in-person client reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and ROI
*
Deliver a consultative sales approach by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
*
Offer product training and ongoing support to maximise customer usage and value
*
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the market
*
Maintain accurate records of all client contact and pipeline activity using CRM systems
*
Collaborate with internal teams and the Area Sales Director to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
*
3+ years of experience in a field-based Account Manager or B2B Sales role
*
Strong background in managing customer relationships and selling services
*
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*
Ability to present value and ROI effectively, ideally in a fixed pricing environment
*
Experience using structured sales techniques such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
*
Commercially driven with excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence
Package & Benefits:

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus: £15,000 uncapped OTE – guaranteed for the first 4 months
